Welcome to the website for La Costa Ridge Community Association. La Costa Ridge is a gated community located in the highly desirable area of Carlsbad, California. La Costa Ridge prides itself in being a beautiful, well maintained community with active community members. In addition to a five person Board of Directors, there are several active Committees that serve in an advisory capacity to the Board of Directors and are comprised of homeowner volunteers. The Board and Committees are assisted by The Avalon Management Group, a locally owned and operated professional management company. The Architectural Committee handles architectural change requests. The work is performed exclusively by an outside, impartial consultant, not homeowner Volunteers. Welcome to our Home! |
